IATF 16949 Quality Management System Certification Project Launched

To drive systematic upgrades in quality management and support the expansion of tire-grade silica products into the automotive industry and international markets, JSJ officially launched the “IATF 16949 Quality Management System Certification Project” in July.

The IATF 16949 standard, established by the International Automotive Task Force and based on ISO 9001, is tailored for the automotive industry. It emphasizes process control, risk prevention, and continuous improvement, enabling enterprises to meet stringent automotive supply chain requirements, enhance product quality stability, boost supply chain competitiveness, and access mainstream global markets.

Preparatory work for the project has been largely completed. Moving forward, JSJ will progress through the IATF compliance and formal certification stages, systematically advancing its quality management system.

Provincial Health Commission Commends JSJ’s Laboratory Biosafety Management

On July 24, a special inspection team from the Provincial Health Commission visited JSJ to hold the “2025 Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratory Biosafety Conference” for the CNAS-accredited microbiology laboratory.

The inspection team conducted an on-site review of the quality center’s microbiology laboratory, focusing on equipment configuration, environmental conditions, personnel qualifications, waste disposal processes, and pathogenic microorganism control systems. They also verified improvements made in response to prior recommendations from the district health commission, ensuring continuous optimization of biosafety management.

The team highly praised JSJ’s laboratory for its robust biosafety management system, effective implementation of corrective measures, and standardized operations. This review provided professional guidance for laboratory biosafety, and JSJ will leverage this opportunity to further strengthen safety controls, ensuring compliant and orderly laboratory operations.

JSJ Union Delivers Cooling Relief to Frontline Workers

Amid the scorching summer heat, JSJ’s union, in collaboration with relevant departments, launched the “Union Delivers Cooling Relief, Ensuring Health and Safety” campaign on July 25 to support frontline workers’ health and improve working conditions.

The event focused on care and well-being, with leaders explaining its significance, fostering a sense of organizational warmth. Company leaders distributed cooling beverages to frontline workers, each item reflecting appreciation for their dedication.

The union also donated refrigerators to departments for storing cooling drinks during hot weather. Employee representatives expressed gratitude, pledging to work with renewed enthusiasm. The union emphasized that frontline workers are vital to JSJ’s growth and committed to ongoing improvements in worker support.

This initiative not only brought physical relief but also strengthened team cohesion and morale, igniting enthusiasm and a sense of belonging.

JSJ Hosts High-Value Patent Mining Training to Boost R&D Innovation

On July 10, JSJ invited IP experts to conduct a specialized training session on high-value patent mining for the R&D center team.

The training addressed practical challenges in patent drafting, offering case studies and methodological guidance on patent mining strategies, layout planning, and application processes. The interactive session saw active participation from R&D staff, with experts providing targeted solutions to common patent drafting issues, significantly enhancing the team’s professional expertise.

This training equipped the R&D team with practical IP tools, facilitating the transformation of innovations into core patents, strengthening JSJ’s technological R&D and market competitiveness.

JSJ Attends Specialized Safety Training on Confined Spaces, Gaining Valuable Insights
