Closer Ties with South China University of Technology
On October 24, the Party Secretary of South China University of Technology led a delegation to our Zhaoqing plant. General Manager Ms. Ren Zhenxue and the leadership team gave them a full tour, including the Solutions Experience Center and in-depth discussions on high-end silica applications.
Shortly after, our R&D team visited SCUT’s School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering for a dedicated industry-exchange symposium. Both sides shared insights on cutting-edge daily-chemical technologies and explored new collaboration opportunities.
We will continue to deepen and expand industry-academia partnerships in the years ahead.
2025 Management Development Program Successfully Wrapped Up
The closing ceremony was held on October 21 at the Zhaoqing plant. All trainees presented their action plans built around the theme “2026 Strategic Goals & Organizational Readiness.” Company leaders served as judges and gave detailed, constructive feedback.
Leadership development remains a cornerstone of JSJ’s culture. Through structured, practical training, we aim to build a stronger, more capable team that can deliver greater value to customers, execute strategy flawlessly, and help every individual reach their potential.
Second Batch of Internal Trainers Certified
On October 28, we completed the latest round of internal trainer certification. Candidates delivered live teaching sessions and were evaluated on course design, clarity, and presentation skills. Three outstanding colleagues officially earned their trainer qualifications.
These new trainers will keep refining their material and play a key role in knowledge-sharing and operational improvement across the company.
Tea Talk & October Reading Month
Our monthly Tea Talk on October 16 brought everyone together in a relaxed setting to connect, solve real work challenges, and reinforce shared values.
At the same time, October Reading Month encouraged employees to recommend books, form discussion groups, and share takeaways both online and offline – turning reading into practical growth and keeping the love of learning alive.
October has laid a solid foundation; November is where we build on it.
