Advantages

• High dispersibility: Evenly distributed in tire, TIRESIL 165MP silica enhances the wear resistance and skid resistance of tyres, while effectively reducing rolling resistance. This makes it ideal for green tires silica applications that demand both durability and energy efficiency. The high-dispersibility precipitated silica in tires requires lower energy during mixing, ensuring smooth compounding of rubber tire material and helping to improve production efficiency.

• High reinforced: Effectively improves the tear resistance, anti-slip, and wear resistance of tires to meet the needs of low rolling resistance. TIRESIL 165MP silica ensures better mechanical strength and longer service life, especially in customized silica compound tires used in high-performance vehicles.

• Micro-pearl: Its micro-pearl form makes it more easily dispersed in rubber, further optimizing wet grip and wear resistance in tire tread material, especially for green tires silica applications where safety and sustainability are equally important.

Application Recommendation

Specifically suitable for green tires, helping improve wear resistance, skid resistance, and grip, while reducing rolling resistance to enhance overall driving safety. Also applicable in precipitated silica in tires formulations and silicone filled tires requiring balance between strength and flexibility.

Storage Condition

Like all other finely powdered products, TIRESIL® 165MP has a tendency to develop dust. During handling, precautions should be taken against electrostatic discharges. Additional information can be found in our Safety Data Sheet. Storage in a dry warehouse is recommended. Open packages should be resealed to prevent contamination of the product. The material should be used within 24 months from the date of production.

Health and Safety

TIRESIL® 165MP is a synthetic amorphous silica. Information to date indicates that the dust from the product is not toxic and does not cause fibrosis.
