On June 5th, JSJ marked the 55th World Environment Day with a vibrant full-day event aimed at promoting green development and raising environmental awareness among employees.
From morning hikes to interactive games and knowledge competitions, the activities brought the theme “Silicon Materials Carry Green Dreams, Craftsmanship Builds Blue Skies” to life through meaningful action.

Morning: Joint Hike with Government Partners
Stepping Forward Together for a Greener Future
Early in the morning, under refreshing breezes, JSJ partnered with the Zhaoqing High-Tech Zone Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management Center for its first joint outdoor hiking event.
Company leaders and district representatives walked side by side along the scenic greenway at Longwangmiao Reservoir. More than just a physical activity, the hike served as a platform for dialogue on shared responsibility and environmental commitment. With every step, participants demonstrated JSJ’s dedication to fulfilling corporate social responsibility and advancing ecological civilization.
Midday: Fun Eco-Games
Learning Through Play in a Lively “Eco Amusement Park”
At noon, the staff cafeteria was transformed into a bustling eco-themed playground.
Various interactive game stalls were set up to make environmental education engaging and memorable. Colleagues stepped out of their usual roles to become “eco experts,” strengthening their knowledge of waste sorting while competing for refreshing summer gifts. Laughter and cheerful voices filled the air as the spirit of environmental protection took root in a joyful atmosphere.
Afternoon: Environmental Knowledge Competition
A Battle of Wits to Promote Learning
In the afternoon, departments and workshops came alive with a spirited Environmental Knowledge Quiz.
Participants tackled professional questions with composure and confidence. The competition not only tested everyone’s environmental knowledge but also showcased strong teamwork and professionalism across the company.
Though the day’s events were short, our commitment to protecting clear waters and lush mountains continues.
