Emphasizing core control requirements such as “dual-person, dual-lock” management, region-wide video surveillance, and standardized operating procedures, the session incorporated typical safety accident cases for warning education, clarifying risk prevention essentials, abnormal reporting mechanisms, and emergency response processes to comprehensively strengthen the safety responsibility awareness and hands-on control capabilities of personnel.
Through this training, personnel in related positions have further clarified their control responsibilities. Subsequent daily inspections will be carried out continuously to promptly rectify hidden dangers and strictly guard the safety baseline for explosive-precursor chemicals.
“Union Cup” Safety Month Forklift Skills Competition
To reinforce factory safety production management and improve the operational proficiency of special equipment operators, JSJ hosted the “Union Cup” Safety Month Forklift Skills Competition in July. The event engaged all forklift operation employees in a workplace contest, promoting practice through competition to strengthen safety operation awareness.
The competition comprised two major segments: a written test and a practical skills challenge. The theoretical portion covered forklift safety operation specifications, equipment maintenance essentials, and on-site safety guidelines to consolidate the team’s safety foundation.
